Rockhopper Strength & Conditioning
Build strength, improve mobility and boost confidence with our new Strength and Conditioning sessions. All levels are welcome for sessions with light weights and mat-based movements.
Low impact and beginner friendly, guided by expert coaching and focussed on real-life strength and wellbeing. Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into it, this is your space to move, grow and feel good.
Sessions are on every two weeks, on Saturdays, from 10:45 to 11:15 am.
