Personal Training

 

One to one personal running development with an individually tailored plan to enable you to achieve your goals in eight weeks.  This service includes a personal athlete profile, a running style analysis and a development plan and goals.  Coaching sessions every week to develop your running technique.  

 

Additional Information

To ensure a safe and fun experience for all our runners, please note the following:

  • All runs must be booked in advance, in order to ensure that run group numbers are managed
  • Run within your limits, do not run more intensely than you are familiar with 
  • Please ensure that your footwear is suitable for the terrain and weather conditions
  • Wear some high visibility clothing and ensure you can be easily seen by other road users
  • Please arrive about  10 minutes before the start time of each run, so that we can start on time
  • Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise offensive remarks and behaviour are not acceptable

All runners, on registering for their first Rockhopper Running event, must complete and return the Health Screening questionnaire. This will be emailed to you ahead of your first run.
