Rockhopper Saturdays
Rockhopper Saturday runs to provide interesting mixed terrain running with routes chosen to enjoy beautiful Yorkshire countryside locations. Runs are coached, to enable you to develop your running technique and run better with confidence. We start and finish at a coffee shop so we can enjoy a post-run social.
As these are mixed terrain and off-road runs, trail or fell shoes are recommended, also suitable clothing depending on the season. The runs are usually five to six miles.
We currently have thirteen routes; each has been designed to provide a fun and challenging run, highlighting local beauty spots and focussing on different running techniques.
