Running training followed by yoga in the beautiful setting of Beaumont Park.

Combining running and fitness with yoga offers a holistic approach to wellness by enhancing both physical and mental health.

Running builds stronger muscles and endurance, while yoga promotes flexibility and mental calmness. 

Join a community and feel supported and challenged.  All levels welcome.

The sessions are held bi-weekly on Fridays at 2pm.
