Low-impact and beginner-friendly, guided by expert coaching, focussed on real-life strength and wellbeing. Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into it, this is your space to move, grow and feel good.
Sessions are weekly on Tuesdays, from 9:15 to 10:00 am.
