Rockhopper Hills & Speed

Rockhopper Running Hills and Speed training is a weekly series of coached sessions to help improve running speed, fitness and strength.  

The sessions include hill sprints and techniques and exercises to enhance running form and reduce injury risk.  

By forcing the body to work against gravity, hill workouts build more powerful and resilient muscles in the legs and core - it's a great addition to your training plans.

Tuesday 4th August 2026: Hills and Speed (Beast of Bank End Lane)

18:30 pm - meet at Top Triangle, Bank End Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield HD5 8ES

 

 Tuesday 18th August 2026: Hills and Speed (Primrose Hills)

18:30 pm - meet at Lower Whitegate Road, Primrose Hill, Huddersfield HD4 6NB

 

Tuesday 1st September 2026: Hills and Speed (Battle of Waterloo)

18:30 pm - meet at Edgeware Road, Dalton, Huddersfield HD5 9US
