Rockhopper Hills & Speed

Rockhopper Running Hills and Speed training is a weekly series of coached sessions to help improve running speed, fitness and strength.  

The sessions include hill sprints and techniques and exercises to enhance running form and reduce injury risk.  

By forcing the body to work against gravity, hill workouts build more powerful and resilient muscles in the legs and core - it's a great addition to your training plans.

Tuesday 2nd June 2026: Hills & Speed Session (Hills of Kilner Bank)

18:30 pm – meet at Moldgreen United Reformed Church, Old Wakefield Road, Moldgreen, Huddersfield HD5 8AA

 

Tuesday 9th June 2026: Hills & Speed Session (Lockwood Scare)

18:30 pm – meet at Morton Green, Almondbury, Huddersfield HD5 8TT

 

Tuesday 30th June 2026: Hills & Speed Session (Beast of Bank End Lane)

18:30 pm - meet at Top Triangle, Bank End Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield HD5 8ES
